By using this website, submitting a form, purchasing a service, or booking a coaching or consultation session, you agree to the terms below.

Coaching & Consultation Services

Worship Leader Coaching and Consultation Calls are designed to provide leadership development, ministry perspective, education, encouragement, strategic conversation, and practical guidance based on my experience.

These services are not pastoral counseling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or other licensed professional services.

You remain responsible for evaluating the ideas and perspectives discussed and for the decisions and actions you take as a result. You are also responsible for determining what is appropriate within your church, organization, employment, ministry, team, or personal circumstances.

No specific personal, ministry, organizational, employment, financial, spiritual, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Confidentiality

I will make reasonable efforts to treat information shared during coaching and consultation sessions with discretion and respect.

However, these services do not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, or other legally privileged professional relationship. Confidentiality also cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

Website forms, scheduling, email, payment processing, video meetings, and other online services may be provided through third-party platforms and are also subject to the privacy and security practices of those providers.

Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Full payment for paid coaching and consultation sessions is due at the time of booking.

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If one arises, please reach out and I will do my best to work with you.

Speaking, Worship & Team Development Requests

Submitting an inquiry for a speaking engagement, worship engagement, team development session, master class, or other event does not create a confirmed booking or contractual agreement.

Dates, scope of services, compensation or honorarium, travel arrangements, expectations, and other applicable details must be agreed upon before an engagement is considered confirmed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content on this website, including written materials, teaching content, graphics, downloadable resources, frameworks, and other original materials, is owned by Elmer Cañas Jr. and may not be reproduced, sold, republished, or distributed without permission.

Resources purchased or provided for personal or ministry use may be used according to any license or usage terms provided with that resource.
